Tommy Baldwin is a life-long artist and toy enthusiast who has been taking toy collecting seriously ever since 1986 when he saved up enough Flagg points to mail way for his Sgt. Slaughter action figure. Since then Tommy has taken his passion for creating art and toys further by studying Design and Sculpture at the Columbia School of Art Chicago and working as a free-lance artist, graphic designer, and sculptor.
