Tommy Baldwin is a multidisciplinary designer and storyteller based in Sycamore, Illinois. A proud Midwesterner, he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Columbia College School of Art in Chicago.
Throughout his career, Tommy has blended creativity and purpose, bringing visual storytelling to life in ways that resonate with both culture and personal values. He co-founded Warpo, an independent toy company known for pioneering a creative process called Method Manufacturing—a unique approach that recreates the aesthetics and production techniques of specific time periods. This method became a hallmark of Warpo’s success, producing deeply nostalgic collectibles for discerning toy enthusiasts.
Tommy’s work spans prototyping, 3D modeling, and concept design, often pushing the boundaries of media to create immersive stories and products with lasting emotional impact. Outside of work, he’s an avid toy collector, animation enthusiast, and creative tinkerer who thrives on exploring new forms of expression.
